I’m Swapnaja a 21 year old random girl who is trying to create things. I’m in my fourth year of design school developing my skills as an illustrator, graphic designer and typographer. “Curious” would be the word to define me. I’ve a simple and fun style, but also learning to soften my style according to the brands I’ll work with. I’ve worked with diverse range of project, including logo design, branding material, typography, publication, digital and hand drawn illustrations. I believe in the power of effective storytelling through design.

For me, communication is about transparency—keeping things clear and straightforward. It ensures that ideas flow seamlessly and that the message is delivered in its purest, most impactful form. Transparency allows for meaningful connections and leaves no room for confusion, making every design purposeful and effective.

Being a devil’s advocate is about questioning ideas critically and pushing them to their limits. It’s about exploring different perspectives, challenging assumptions, and refining concepts to ensure they’re thoughtful and impactful. This approach adds depth and sharpens the creative process, resulting in designs that stand out and resonate.

WHAT I CONTRIBUTE TO THE TABLE ?

In a team setting, flow and flexibility are key to navigating different perspectives and maintaining momentum. By being open to new ideas and adapting to shifting requirements, I help keep the creative process smooth and collaborative.

From my point of view, owning my edit and embracing self-critique allows me to grow and strengthen my work. By stepping back and being honest with myself, I can identify areas that need improvement, refine the details, and ultimately create a more polished, impactful design.
